I think people living on public estates should not be allowed to keep pets. Firstly, the pets will be very noisy. It is terrible if the dogs bark at night. Also, the pets will make the place messy. It will be smelly and dirty. Besides, some children may be allergic to animals’ hair.
Secondly, some pets may attack people causing danger to other residents. They may also damage the public facilities with their long and sharp teeth. Their misbehavior may affect the neighbors.
